Soil Management & Erosion Control

Roscoe Culvert’s comprehensive line of proprietary products includes the latest in erosion control – erosion blankets, straw waddles, silt fences and sediment stops – for even the most challenging soils. With the latest technological advancements and a complete line of rolled erosion control products recognized by the EPA as Best Management Practices, Roscoe Culvert helps designers, specifiers and installers prevent soil destruction while saving time and money.

We have short-term, extended-term, and long-term photodegradable and 100 percent biodegradable erosion control blankets, as well as turf reinforcement mats. For areas where wildlife and habitat protection is especially important, 100 percent biodegradable erosion control blankets provide effective, all-natural erosion control and revegetation.

Our products successfully control soil erosion and aid vegetation establishment on a range of projects, from high-water flow channels to manicured residential lawns and golf courses.

Road engineers since the time of the Pharaohs have understood that the strength and stiffness of geogrids are critical to their performance. Thanks to their cutting-edge material and design, geogrids offered by Roscoe provide top performance in roadway applications in either sub-grade improvements or base reinforcements. We offer a wide range of engineered geo-textiles, including premier woven and non-woven geo-textiles for subsurface drainage, roadway separation and stabilization, embankment reinforcement and silt fences.

Water Management

Roscoe Culvert manufactures and maintains a large inventory of metal pipe and arched pipe in four corrugations to meet irrigation, drainage, and distribution needs. In addition to our own manufacturing of a broad range of corrugated and non-corrugated galvanized metal drainage and water management products, we work with top-of-the-line suppliers as partners in engineered solutions for your project application and timeline. Our inventory includes large-diameter corrugated metal pipe, open bottom box culverts, baffled, arched culverts, and corrugated HDPE “plastic” pipe.

We manufacture and deliver Corrugated Metal Pipe that meets or exceeds all AASHTO and ASTM prime pipe standards, and its high recycled content can be certified to aid in earning LEED points. Ask your Roscoe Culvert customer service professional for a recycled content certification.

Our pipe configurations include annular spot welded, riveted and helical lock systems. Our coupling systems include the Standard Connecting Band, Rod & Lug, Hugger Band, Flange Connectors, and Dimple Band – available in Galvanized, Polymer Coated, and Aluminized Type II.
